Delivery Timeline
Every Sorano build is hand-assembled and stress-tested before it ships. Here's the full timeline from order to delivery:
Day 1
Order confirmed
Payment received. We confirm your order and begin component sourcing.
Day 1–2
Component sourcing
We source your specific components from our trusted supplier network and confirm availability.
Day 2–4
Assembly & build
Your PC is hand-assembled with careful cable management and thermal optimisation.
Day 4–5
Testing & QC
24-hour burn-in test, benchmarks, thermal checks, and Windows clean install. We don't ship until it passes.
Day 5–6
Packed & dispatched
Your build is packed securely and handed to the courier. You receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
Day 6–7
Delivered to your door
Peninsular Malaysia: 1–2 business days after dispatch. East Malaysia: 3–5 additional business days.

How We Pack Your Build
We take packaging seriously. A PC is a significant investment and transit can be rough. Here's what goes into every shipment:

Custom foam inserts
Form-fitted foam on all six sides prevents movement in any direction during transit.

GPU brace
A dedicated support brace prevents the GPU from shifting or sagging during shipping.

Anti-static wrapping
All components are protected against static discharge during handling.

Reinforced outer box
Heavy-duty double-walled cardboard outer box rated for the weight of your specific build.

Fragile labelling
All boxes are clearly marked as fragile and electronics — this side up.

Tracking Your Order
Once your build is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 6 business days of ordering, please contact us and we'll update you immediately.
Local Pickup — Klang Valley
If you're based in the Klang Valley, you're welcome to collect your build in person by appointment. This is a great option if you'd like to inspect the build before taking it home.
To arrange pickup, mention it when placing your order or contact us directly. We'll confirm a time and location that works for both parties.
