What's Covered
The following are covered under the Sorano Studio 1-year warranty:

Hardware defects
Manufacturing defects in any component including CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU, storage, and cooling systems.

Component failure under normal use
If any component fails during normal, intended use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
✓
Cable management issues
Any loose connections, cable routing problems, or internal wiring issues originating from the original build.
✓
Build-related troubleshooting
Issues with system stability, POST failures, boot problems, or performance anomalies directly related to the build configuration.
✓
Driver and software issues from build
Driver conflicts or software issues present at the time of delivery that were not caused by the customer's subsequent use.
✓
Thermal performance issues
Excessive temperatures, throttling, or cooling failures that arise from the original build and are not caused by environmental factors.
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under warranty:

Physical damage
Drops, impacts, cracks, bent pins, or any damage caused by physical mishandling after delivery.
✗
Liquid damage
Any damage caused by water, beverages, humidity, or flooding.
✗
Unauthorised modifications
Damage resulting from component swaps, overclocking beyond safe limits, BIOS modifications, or any changes made without consulting Sorano Studio.

Software issues caused by the customer
Viruses, corrupted OS installations caused by user action, or issues arising from third-party software installed after delivery.
✗
Cosmetic wear
Scratches, dust accumulation, or cosmetic changes to the case that do not affect performance.
How to Make a Claim
It's straightforward. Here's what happens when you contact us:

Contact us
Reach out via email or WhatsApp with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos of the problem help speed up diagnosis.

Remote diagnosis
In most cases we can diagnose the issue remotely and guide you through a fix without needing to send the unit in.

Collection if needed
If the issue requires physical inspection or repair, we arrange courier collection from your address at no cost to you.

Repair or replacement
We repair or replace the faulty component and run full testing before returning the unit. Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days.

Return delivery
Your PC is returned to you fully tested, free of charge, via tracked courier.
Warranty Period
1 Year
from the date of delivery. The warranty begins the day your build is delivered to your address, as confirmed by courier tracking.
After the Warranty Period
We don't disappear after your warranty expires. Sorano Studio offers paid repair and diagnostic services for out-of-warranty builds. Contact us with your issue and we'll provide a transparent quote before any work begins.
We also offer upgrade consultations — if your build is a few years old and you want to know the best way to extend its life, we're happy to advise.
